THE STORY OF 
POP-IN BOARD
& BOX

Hello! I'm Nicole, the owner operator of Pop-In Board & Box. I started this business when my family lived in Wisconsin and I was looking for a creative outlet while balancing life with five (now six!) kiddos. In 2023 our family moved back to our home state of Iowa and I'm excited to be able to share my individually styled and assembled boards, boxes, platters and more for events, weddings, gifts and gatherings in Iowa.

I never thought I would be doing something like this. Honestly thought I'd be a rodeo clown somewhere or a famous harmonica player (I don't even play one, so ya know).

I think food should be as beautiful as it tastes. I love creating every board, box and grazing table that is ordered. Each one is unique and delicious in its own way. I love how food connects people to each other and the conversations that happen around food.
